These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the YBC Production website and the purchase of products or services from YBC Production (“YBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an order, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes, Pricing & Orders

Online Pricing

Our website may allow customers to place and pay for orders directly for certain products. In other cases, prices shown are estimates and subject to review and approval by YBC before production.

Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur due to formula issues, software bugs, missing options, or other technical problems.

YBC reserves the right to pause, cancel, or decline fulfillment of any order where pricing is found to be inaccurate. If a pricing error occurs:

We will notify the customer,
We will provide a corrected quote, and
We will offer the opportunity to proceed at the correct price.

If the customer does not agree to the corrected pricing, YBC reserves the right to decline the order. Any payments made for orders affected by invalid pricing may be refunded at YBC’s discretion.

3. Proofing, Artwork & Approval

Proof Approval

Proofs are required for some products before production begins. Production will not start until approval is received where applicable.

Customer Responsibility

Once a proof is approved, YBC is not responsible for content errors, including spelling, layout, color expectations, or design issues. Our responsibility is limited to producing the approved design accurately.

Customers are responsible for:

Image quality and resolution
Correct sizing, bleed, and layout
Ownership or licensing of artwork and content provided

4. Production, Turnaround & Delivery

Turnaround Times

All production timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Turnaround times are dependent on proof approval, material availability, and outsourcing when applicable.

Delays

YBC is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather or force majeure events
Client delays or changes
Venue access restrictions

Installation

YBC may offer installation services, sometimes using third-party installers. Venue approval is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Defects

Custom Products

All custom-printed products are non-refundable once production begins.

Defects

If a product is found to have a production defect, YBC may, at its discretion:

Reprint the item,
Issue a partial refund, or
Issue a full refund in rare cases.

Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.

6. Sustainability & Eco-Friendly Claims

“Eco-friendly” or “sustainable” refers to reduced environmental impact, not zero impact. Recycling availability depends on material eligibility, and some products may not be recyclable after use.

7. Limitation of Liability

YBC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
